On March 3, RCLIP had the pleasure to host Professor Jonathan Griffiths (Professor, Queen Mary, University of London) and Dr. Shane Burke (Lecturer in Law, Cardiff University), who provided updates on recent developments in UK IP law post-Brexit. Professor Griffiths spoke about the effects of the Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Act 2023, and Dr. Burke provided updates on UK copyright law and AI.

Both speakers gave excellent presentations, which were followed by an active exchange of thoughts and opinions.
